Following 20 years at Airbus where he held Vice President roles across Asia-Pacific Operations, Digital Transformation, Research & Technology Partnerships, and Litigation & Regulatory Affairs, he now serves as Senior Advisor at Blunomy and Advisory Board member for Secant Fuels and Haush, channelling his expertise into the energy transition. His foundation as a qualified solicitor, investment banker, and MIT Sloan alumnus gives him a rare ability to unlock partnerships, shape policy, and advance SAF across Asia-Pacific.

With more than 30 years of leadership experience across Asia-Pacific, Toby brings a rare combination of deep aviation, aerospace, and industrial expertise, alongside a strong track record in building high-performing executive and board-level teams across airlines, OEMs, MROs, and industrial players. Today, he is a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry in Singapore, following senior leadership roles with companies such as Bombardier Commercial Aircraft, Honeywell Aerospace, Cathay Pacific Airways, Rockwell Collins, and Saab Aircraft.
