Hui Ling Teo

Hui Ling TEO is an award-winning and chambers ranked English law and Singapore law qualified solicitor. She founded Beyond Horizons and is head of corporate & finance at Bethel Chambers LLC, a boutique law firm representing new tech and sustainability players in transportation & space. 

In 2023, she authored for Bloomberg law, its chapter on ESG issues for Aerospace and Defense Companies and has been quoted in the Business Times on used cooking oil feedstock for renewable biofuels. 

She also holds certificates from CFA in ESG Investing and Chartered Bankers Institute on green and sustainable finance.
