About the event

Direct Air Capture (DAC) and other Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR) solutions can complement Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) to meet ICAO’s net-zero target. This webinar will unpack the differences between CDR and conventional carbon capture, the role of CDR credits in addressing residual aviation emissions, and how linking SAF carbon intensity (CI) thresholds with DAC can help close gaps when SAF volumes alone are insufficient. We will also discuss policy approaches that maximize CO₂ reduction, support diverse SAF pathways, and enable fair market pricing across producers.
