Island Skies Alliance (ISA) is a Manila-based collaborative platform dedicated to advancing sustainable aviation in the Philippines through Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) adoption and CORSIA-eligible carbon credit programmes.

ISA brings together government agencies, industry stakeholders, technology providers and knowledge institutions to support policy development, industry collaboration, capacity building and investment facilitation. It also serves as a country access point connecting the Philippines with regional and global SAF ecosystems and expertise.
